[] I wasn't aware that using the word 'Underground' consisted of an automatic admission of doing something illegal, allowing an automatic assumption of 'GUILTY'. I thought our legal (and ethical?) system followed an 'innocent until proved guilty' philosophy. I don't know about the LAPD but people on the net could well be more patient, waiting for further facts, listening to the owner of the BBS, etc. before deciding GUILT. After all, the word, underground, has several meanings and probably encompasses several layers of 'underground-ness' as well as that of 'illegal'. I have no super-knowledge of what is going on in CA, but would like to think of myself and other computer-types as being fair. Mimi
