GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANTSHIP:


Grad student sought for research on age-structured fishery models.
The work includes literature review, interaction with management
agencies, writing, and some mathematical computing.  Starts immediately
and continues through the spring semester, possibly longer.

Applicants should have several of the following:

- Knowledge of basic fish population models.

- Good basic math skills.  Advanced math ability not necessary.

- At least one recent course in statistics.

- Experience with computers (SAS, FORTRAN).

- Good written English skills.

- Desire to learn about any and all of the above.
