To all of you interested in anything of the following: PROTEINASES AND PROTEINASE INHIBITORS ALPHA_2_MACROGLOBULINS IN HUMAN MOUSE RAT TRANSGENIC MOUSE IN SITU HYBRIDISATION DEVELOPMENT We have an active research program on Alpha2macroglobulin, which is now shifting from the human system to an animal model. Plans are to use the transgenic route for exploring the fysiology of A2M. So far we have cloned mouse A2M and 3 different Murinoglobulins (A2M-like proteinase inhibitors) which is more than was known and than we expected. Since this brings more (interesting) work we are on the job market looking for one or two coworkers either at the doctoral or post-doctoral level. Project money is available for the next 3 years from a special program on Biotechnology from the Flemish government (Department of Economics) with very good prospects for continuation thereafter. Any experience in the fields or technologies mentioned are of course an asset.
