           simulation.

EDUCATION M.S. degree: Computer Science
	   Bowling Green State University 8/90

Master's Research Project: Developed a 3-D graphical simulation of
the human knee for use in medical education and diagnostics.
Specifically: Using a Macintosh II, traced anatomical regions of
interest over Magnetic Resonance Imaging scan slices. Ported tracings
to a Sun Workstation for geometric modeling, then to a PIXAR Image
Computer for final color smooth-shaded surface rendering and
animation. Developed a hypertext project compendium. Work was
completed using the computer facilities at B.G.S.U. and the Image
Analysis Research Center at the Medical College of Ohio.
