We are looking for an administrator/manager for a Sun computer
system running the Intellegenetics package of molecular
biology software and containing several related databases.
The duties include mantaining the computer and software,
updating the databases, and assisting the users in the use
of the computer and software. There are currently 30 users.
Experience with Unix and network operations are required.
Experience with molecular biology computing is not required
but would be helpful. A willingness to assist the scientific
users is essential. The position offers to opportunity to
build the system and collaborate on research projects. The job
is full time. Salary is negotiable and there is an excellent
