ST101086@BROWNVM.BROWN.EDU ("Lauren D. Stegman") (03/16/91)
A friendly biojobs reader informed me that my last posting was illegible. Hopefully this copy will solve the problem. I am a first year student at Brown University planning on earning a Bacelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, searching for a position as a research assistant or lab technician for the summer of 1991. At this time I will have completed courses in physiology, organic chemistry, multivariate calculus, as well as other liberal arts courses. I am familiar with IR spectroscopy, gas and thin-layer chromotography, micropipeting, and x-ray diffraction crystallography from academic course experience and participation in a research seminar at the National Synchrotron Light Source at Brookhaven National Laboratory during the summer of 1990 where I had the opportunity to work on the X-14, x-ray diffraction crystallography beamline. I am ambitious and hope to be able to offer as much as I can learn. If you have any information on available postions please inform me by e-mail. Thank you and my apologies for the two postings.
