I am having trouble finding the sequence to pBluescriptIISK(+). Is there a data bank available with sequences to newer vectors like this one? Or, better yet, would someone with the sequence be willing to e-mail it to me? Thanks very much. Al Binnie, Purdue University Name: al binnie Internet: binnie@aclcb.purdue.edu Phone: 317 494 1658

Dear Dr. Binnie, GenBank does not currently contain the sequence you requested. I am sending you a list of the vector sequences we do possess, as this vector is likely derived from existing vector sequences. You might also ask about VectorBank (TM), a specific database of cloning sequences and their restriction maps, run at Intelligenetics (I'm cc'ing this message to them). You might also try Dr. Don Gilbert (gilbert@mitwibr.bitnet), who maintains a vector database called VecBase, which I believe is freely available. Regards, Paul Gilna GenBank, Los Alamos.
