[bionet.molbio.genbank] Network problem

There was a problem on BARRNET at NASA/Ames last night and this
morning which interupted the network link to genbank.bio.net.  This
may have caused delays on the e-mail servers and newsgroups, but
everything appears to be just about back to normal by now.
