[bionet.molbio.genbank] Next GenBank CDROM in the works

The next GenBank CDROM was sent to the duplicators today.  It contains
GenBank tape release 66, GenBank floppy release 65 and GenPept release
64.2.  We will get a CD back for testing on Monday and, if all goes
well with that, will start shipping the production CDs about February
8th.
