Real Soon Now.  Actually, I've been working on it, on and off.  As an
explanation, but not excuse, is that the summer meeting season
combined with moving (I'm now at the University of Houston) and
getting a lab set up plus the usual assistant professor things has
kept me very busy.  Ginger Richardson of the SFI has been on me to get
it done, and it's going slowly (I'm doing the layout in Ventura, which
SFI then converts to TeX, and their TeX person just had a baby...)

But your note comes at the right time to further prod me along.  I'm
afraid the newsletter is going to be huge.  Having everything print on
an MX80 is graphics mode is also not helping.  But it's my fault
things aren't further along.  There will be an annoucement when the
GenBank On-Line Service starts up.  It was supposed to begin Nov. 1
but there was that 'quake which damaged some equipment, I gather.
