I have created two files on the genbank Biomatrix server called matrix-bib.bib and matrix-bib.txt . These files contain the beginning of a Biomatrix bibliography database -- a collection of citations to publications that are relevant to the Biomatrix effort. I think this database can serve as an important way for us to communicate what publications are out there, and should help new members of the community to come up to speed quickly. This initial version of the database was culled from my personal bibliography database, and is therefore biased towards the AI literature. So, I encourage you to add new entries to the database by sending them to me via email. Currently the database is in two formats: BibTex format, and text format (with the latter generated automatically from the former). If you want to submit new entries, I would much prefer that you use BibTex format by copying and editing existing database entries.
