I basically agree with Marla's comments. However, I'll note that Larry Hunter has already compiled and announced a database of researchers interested in AI and molecular biology, which should help us all contact people with mutual interests. And regarding the suggestion of posting descriptions of projects of interest, that is what this newsgroup is supposed to be all about. For some reasons people simply have not been very energetic in describing their current research. I do also like the idea of posting job anouncements to this list. Peter
