I want to send a message to a distribution list without the whole list showing up on everybody's copy. I have thought of one way of doing this, but invite suggestions of a better way using MH. If I enter the distribution list (using an alias which references my aliasfile, of course) as a bcc, then each receipant will only see him/her self as an adressee. If I enter the list name in full text in the to field, then everyone will see the name of the list, or rather a full text identification of the list, and I will receive back an error message that the adressee is unknown. Is there a better way? Sincerely, - Marshall D. Abrams, phone: (703) 883-6938 The MITRE Corporation, 7525 Colshire Drive Mail Stop Z670, Mc Lean, VA 22102

I want to send a message to a distribution list without the whole list showing up on everybody's copy. I have thought of one way of doing this... Try using something like: To: Blind List: user1, user2, user3@host, etc. ; The recipients get a "To" line that looks like: To: Blind List: ; /JLR
