I have successfully installed MH on our 4.2BSD system. My current dilemma is the documentation. Most of the TeX files in mh6/papers/* use diss.sty as the style file and load up AMSTeX... Unfortunately, our installation of TeX cannot deal with the size of the files and fonts that are loaded. For example: sun {75} % tex \\input amstex \\input realwork.tex This is TeX, Version 2.1 for Berkeley UNIX (preloaded format=plain 87.11.2) (/usr/local/TeX/macros/amstex.tex AmS-TeX - Version 1.1b ** As of 2 Apr 1987 ** COPYRIGHT 1985 - AMERICAN MATHEMATICAL SOCIETY ("AMS") - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. USE OF A COPY OF AmS-TeX CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF A LEASE THEREOF FROM AMS TO THE LESSEE (i.e., THE ENTITY RECEIVING POSSESSION OF AN AUTHORIZED COPY OF AmS-TeX). SUCH LEASE LIMITS USE TO NON-PROFIT, IN-HOUSE USES BY LESSEE. ANY OTHER USE IS UNAUTHORIZED AND WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SUCH LEASE ON NOTICE FROM AMS.
