When I type "rcvdist -help"
I get the message:
syntax: rcvdist [switches] [switches for postproc] address ...
switches are:
-(form) formfile
-(help)
version: MH 6.5 #52[UCI] (asgard) of Tue Nov 3 07:35:47 EST 1987
options: [BSD42] [BERK] [DUMB] [MHRC] [SBACKUP='"#"'] [TTYD] [NETWORK]
[MHE] [SENDMTS]
which leads me to believe that I could pass on switches for
"post" through "rcvdist" (such as rcvdist -watch). I also
noted that "post" doesnt read the profile entry.
However, when I tried
-----
[31] cat fpp | rcvdist -alias .mh_alias sharat
post: missing argument to -alias
/usr/new/lib/mh/post: Exit 1
[32]
-----
"post" barked as you can see.
Does anyone know how I can trick "rcvdist" or "post" to read
my alias file? Also, any known bugs and fixes with rcvdist[6.5]? Thanks.
