I ftp'ed compressed files of my postscript compilations to
ics.uci.edu .  They're in the directory pub/mh-6.6-beta-pspapers.

They're not perfect, but it's good enough to read.

I have gotten many requests for the Postscript versions of the
papers especially realwork.ps .

I've uuencoded them for posting on the mailing list / newsgroup.
The total is 815K. With the permission of one of the people who
runs this mailing list / newsgroup, I will post them:

I couldn't agree more. I would recommend troff or line printer
text as an output type. I was just lucky that our labs had ALOT of
TeX, LaTeX, amsTeX, and Postscript stuff. Most people aren't.
