Has anyone else gotten strange draft pathnames from the 6.7 version of 'repl'? Here's an example: I start 'repl', type in some text with 'prompter', then hit Ctrl-d and get to the 'What now?' prompt. I type 'e vi' to start the vi editor on my draft. But the pathname passed to 'vi' is just garbage, like this: w? n. Hit <CR> for help.ts/10 The pathname always starts with 'w?'. But the characters after that can vary. Usually, the end of the pathname (the message number) ends with the draft number -- that filename, for instance, was from message 10. In this particular case, I stopped the editor and made a new reply. This happened: What now? e echo w? /acs/jdpeek/.Mail/drafts/12 What now? q d whatnow: unable to unlink w? /acs/jdpeek/.Mail/drafts/12: No such file or directory But the draft file *does* exist in my draft folder, and it contains the text I typed from 'prompter'. This makes me think that the brain damage might be in 'repl' and/or its built-in version of 'whatnow'. I haven't changed my .mh_profile or setup in months. (We just started using 6.7 on a new Sun 4/490; this never happened in 6.6, on several architectures.) I'm so swamped with work these days that there's no way I can look into the code now. Has anyone seen anything like this?
