Hello all, Another dumb beginners question (I hope). I am running a SPARCstation 1 with SunOs 4.03 and mh6.7. As I was about to go off on holiday for a couple of weeks I thought I'd try to get my incoming mail pre-digested while I was away and have had zero success! In my home directory I put a .forward with the following contents: "|/usr/local/lib/mh/slocal -user eo" which is where slocal lives and where eo is my username on unix (the protection is 644). I have not touched /usr/lib/aliases. To keep life simple I even reduced ~/.maildelivery to the following line: * - > ? /home/users/eo/Mail/VacMail I also tried default instead of * and touching VacMail to force it to exist, I tried protections of 600 and 644 on .maildelivery and NOTHING happens at all - mail comes in and stays in my mailbox. The last time I tried to get this going (last christmas, hpux and mh6.5) I had similar (lack of) success. Could someone please tell me where I'm going wrong.
