I am trying to install mh-6.7 on a sun4. I ftped the compressed tar source from louie.udel.edu on October 23, 1990. The length of the source on my machine after the copy was the same as the length on louie.udel.edu. However, when I tried to uncompress and untar it I got errors from tar, which claimed that it had directory checksum errors. I soldiered on, and attempted to configure and make it. The mhconfigure step lost, since there were directories which did not exist. They were zotnet/tws and doc/ I think, but I did keep a record (as I should have.) I guess my question is is the copy on louie.udel.edu incorrect, or did I make a mistake configuring? Peace, Bill White bwhite@inmet.inmet.edu
