Currently, MH rewrites most addresses to be RFC-822 conformant. Fine. However, I would like it to leave UUCP address in their bang format (a!b!c) rather than changing them into the bogus .uucp domain (b!c@a.UUCP) which makes an awful mixed mode address. I think the BERK option will avoid the uucp problem, but will disable domain-style rewriting (which I like). Any way to prevent UUCP address rewrites? Hacks/patches to source are welcome. Pointers to the appropriate manual page are too, although I will be severely embarrassed!
