[comp.mail.mh] FAQ and LOCKF

We use LOCKF on our network, containing Sun 3s, Sun 4s, and other
machines.  Before we enabled LOCKF, we were seeing locking conflicts
(we get a *lot* of mail here :-), but now everything works smoothly.
