[comp.mail.mh] inc with pop problem

We have recently installed mh 6.7 with POP3, but "inc" turned out 
to have a problem. 
When I use inc, mails are stored in +inbox all concatinaed as 
one mail.
Is this a common problem? Has anyone made any fix for this?
Our environment is MIPS Magnum 3000(RS3230) with RISC/OS 4.51, 

options: [BSD42] [DUMB] [RPATHS] [MHE] [MHRC]
         [MORE='"/usr/local/bin/less"'] [NFS] [POP2]
         [POPSERVICE='"pop3"'] [RPOP] [TYPESIG='void'] [WHATNOW] [JAPAN]
         [SENDMTS] [SMTP] [POP]
