[comp.mail.mh] Inserting X-face: Header in Replies

I am having trouble inserting my X-face: header into replies generated
by `repl'.  Specifically, I would like to add this header to replies:

X-face: "'E#389hrj*$FTd|MB<(_Bo@S4}U9L5R=Ev{EK(okqH[Xl*l}HfV]1wp(J9>L-@XFLTu`Np
