The question was raised how to get an NSC455 terminal controler chip. I talked to Steve Ciarcia at the Los Angeles Byte Show a few weeks ago and he was very down on National Semi for not delivering. Micro Mint is somehow able to get some of them, but the rest of the world can't. NS said it would be available in quantity by the time the article hit and it wasn't (this problem is the reason why Steve hasn't done anything with the 68000 or 16032.
