[net.micro] System for a video rental business.

I have an acquatence that would like a system 
that includes software that will enable him to 
keep track of 10,000 titles in his rental bus.

By keeping track of the titles I mean:
    How often does this title go out?
    What are the dates this title goes out?
    How much revenue has this title created for me?
    etc.

This system, idealy, could be put together for
less than $4,000.

If anyone in netland has any ideas please reply 
by electronic mail (I get entirely too much Uncle
Sam delivered mail).
