[comp.lang.scheme] Belaboring the subject

I am very eager to know the status of the R^4 Report on Scheme.  A recent post
mentioned the R^3.95 Report, but I can't find it anywhere, and if a more recent
revision exists, I'd be more interested in that.  Can anyone help me?
