[comp.lang.scheme] Will macros be defined in r4rs?

I have been comparing Scheme (thanks again to all who helped me find r3rs)
and Common Lisp.  On page 37 I discovered that macros were not defined in
Scheme yet.  Is it likely that macros will be defined in r4rs?
