I've always asked myself: "Why would anyone using Scheme want to parse anything but s-expressions?" Well, now I know. Does anyone have Scheme versions of Lex and/or Yacc written in Scheme? I'll probably be using Scheme->C. Are they available for ftp and how reliable/complete are they relative to the Sun C versions. Are there any papers on this? What about performance? Specifically, I'm trying to parse HyperTalk. Are their any public domain parsers/grammars for it? --
