[net.micro] Microsoft Word Update

I've heard from Microsoft Customer Service regarding my Word update.
It seems that the Word disk is ready to go, but the Mouse disk is temporarily
out of stock.  The good news is that since the order wasn't filled within
3 weeks, the $10 priority processing fee will be refunded.
