This is a repeat posting. Anyone who responded to this reqest previously may ignore it. I have recieved many highly useful responses, and I'm just making one more pass in case there are any others out there. I am currently working on a paper on Rapid Prototyping in the "Real World". There is a lot of theoretical material on RP, but relatively few actually published "real world" examples (i.e., professional or contract work). What I need are either: (1) references to published case studies, or (2) personal observations from individuals who have used RP as part of professional work. My aim is to summarize the results and produce a sort of "lessons learned from industry". If you have such experiences (good or bad), or know of any case studies that do, please let me know (by email, preferably). If you require anonymity, no problem (I'll call you "company X"). Many thanks, Scott Gordon gordons@cs.colostate.edu
