While the discussion and proposals on multiple return values are interesting, they somehow seem to imply that the issue of whether or not to add new syntax/semantics to the language for this facility is already decided, presumably in favor of those who are interested in this facility. Is this so? How about defstructs, hash tables, weak references, packages, fluid-let, property-lists, bytevectors, first-class environments? Are these decided as well?
