In a telephone converstion with the Zenith software consultants, today, the following information regarding Z-DOS 2.0 was received. Zenith began shipping Z-DOS 2.0 TODAY! The new Heathkit catalog lists the price at $150.00. All registered owners of previous versions will receive a computerized card offering a $50.00 discount goo toward the purchase of Z-DOS 2.0. Note that this still means that it will cost $100.00 (plus shipping) for your upgrade. In response to the status of upgrades of software purchased privately through the Government Employees' Association, There was no additional information available that this type of purchase would be handled any differently.
