We are considering buying a color printer for our IRIS 3030. Does anyone have experience and words o' wisdom about the SGI thermal transfer offerings, either the Tektronix or the Seiko? How many colors do you effectively get, what dithering options do you get, etc.? Do you have experience hooking up other printers? If you send responses directly to me, I will summarize and post.
