[comp.sys.sgi] SGI - user group

  I received e-mail about the possibility of getting the several
    user-groups together for an annual meeting , information exchange....
      
      This would be separate from Siggraph so we don't get distracted from
      all of the other exciting happenings that usually go on at Siggraph.

      How about it? If we can get enough interest going, I'm sure we
      can get SGI to participate.  We need a location, and people
      with organizational skills to pull it together.

      First, of course, we need the desire to meet.....

    some of you have been trying to send me e-mails with regard to getting
    an SGI user-group formed outside of SIGGRAPH.

    I haven't received any e-mails except from you Jody... so I include
    my e-mail address:

    as a reminder.....we're trying to get an idea of how important a
    bona-fide SGI user-group would be.  And if one were to be created would
    you join and participate.  I promise not to encourage a meeting here
    in Houston in JULY!
