[net.micro] HELP in a graphics and windowing environment

We are implementing a windowing workstation environment on a bit-mapped
micro.  We are trying to develop a good model and implementation
for what "Help", or on-line documentation, should be in such an
environment.

Do any of you know of good examples of "help" or on-line documentation
to which you can refer me?  They can be implemented systems, either
research or commercial, or relevant papers on the subject.
Or perhaps you've got some idea in the back of your head that's just
been waiting for someone to ask the question!
