[net.news.group] YES vote for TROFF newsgroup

I'll add my vote for at least a TROFF news group.  I'm not too particular
about what the name is, but there certainly should be one!  By the way, if
anyone has converted macros from version 7 (4.1bsd) TROFF to System III
TROFF, please get in touch with me.
