We are currently shooting a computer animated film using a camera pointed to the PI screen, on a frame by frame basis. The shooting cycle is simple: 1) open camera shuter 2) display image centered on the screen 3) flash image (blanktime x) (for fixed exposure time) 4) close shuter All this is clean and works well and I did some optimization to get it done fast. But there is a small detail remaining. IF WE FORGET THE CURSOR IN THE IMAGE we get, of course, a beautiful cursor all over the film (yack!). We are now running 3.2.1 os version. before this I used cursoff() and it was ok but now it seems this function is not supported anymore. another way to solve the "problem" would be to force the cursor to go to (0,0) but I couldn't find a function to do that. Any hints? thanks, pedro. -- Pedro Faria Lopes email: pfl@inesc.inesc.pt INESC mcsun!inesc!pfl@uunet.UU.NET Rua Alves Redol, 9 Phone: +351 1 545150 1000 Lisboa, PORTUGAL Fax: +351 1 525843
