I have NOT, however, found out how it can be obtained. Is there an online source for it somewhere on the net? If so, where? Is there any documentation for it (online or otherwise)? I am particularly interested in versions for the DEC Rainbow (for instructional purposes) and the PDP-11. Any help/pointers/other useful information will be appreciated.
