[net.micro] 128K Memory Chips? in PC-AT

I picked up a PC-AT for a client earlier this week. I opened it up to check
the insides and am impressed. There are four memory banks of which we had
two filled (the standard configuration). The IBM Product Center in Boston
is currently out of 256K upgrades but at $495 I am glad.
The chips in our system did not look like the piggy-backed 64K chips
I had imagined. They are labeled Mostek 4128-15 and are quite flat, i.e.,
low. They look like individual chips. Are there 128K chips? If so,
where can I buy them. Are they cheaper and/or more reliable than the
piggy-backed 64K chips?
I apologize for this message if my eyes are bad.
