Therefore novices should be encouraged. Maybe a newsgroup such as the suggested net.unix-neophyte is a good idea so they know where to look. We should be thanking our lucky stars the news wasnt here five years ago when there would be interminable discussion about the best way to optimize RK05 drives (remember them?) and why the Yale shell was better than the V6 shell.
