Hello, just some more questions about gcc (you see I'm on the gnu trip...): a) Am I right when I believe that prep.ai.mit.edu ist the "official" place for gcc and other gnu stuff? b) The "offical" version of gcc-1.37.1 knows about irises, but it does not support debugger informations (neither for dbx nor for gdb). Now I'have heard of a modified version (available from foobar.colorado.edu) which has "osf.xxxx"-patches and supports -g for the 4D series. How is this version of gcc related to the official one. Will it be sometimes official? c) again are there "official" versions of gnu-as, gnu-ld and gnu-gdb available for SGI/MIPS machines?
