[comp.sys.sgi] csh source for tcsh wanted

Hello,
last week I learned that I can ftp the tcsh source and binary from vgr.brl.mil
That worked find, but to re-compile it, I need the original csh source
code. Does anybody know where to get that from ?
The README file says 4.3BSD csh source is needed. Our goal is to get tcsh
running on our Convex C-210. If anybody has done this or knows
something about the csh source, any help would be appreciated.
