Is there anyway to customize the Backup option from the System Manager such that I could make more the current options of "All", "by Date" and "by Directory"?? What I'd like is to have a combination of "by Date" and "by Directory" or some way to exclude certain directories. Basically, I'd like to make it so that my /usr/spool/news and /tmp don't get backed up and perhaps some other high volume directories that can be rebuilt via other means. -- ##################################################################### # CompuServe: >INTERNET:uunet.UU.NET!ki!dwatts Dan Watts # # UUCP : ...!{uunet | wgc386}!ki!dwatts Ki Research, Inc. # ############### New Dimensions In Network Connectivity ##############

YES! DITTO! I was getting ready to post the exact same request!
A combination of "By Directory" and "By Date" is exactly what I need.
Now I haven't looked yet, but if the System Manager is written in
PostScript, then Dan and I are both going to look pretty foolish! ;^)
