Folks, I'm using rlogin from an sgi to a remote host, and want to use gnu emacs on that host. The terminal type the remote host sees is "iris-ansi-net," which emacs has never heard of. It's similar to vt100, but not similar enough to be useful. Is there an iris-ansi-net termcap file somewhere that I could put in my account on the remote host, or does someone have an alternative suggestion? Please send email to the address below, since I can't seem to keep up with the traffic on this bboard.... Thanks!! Larry -- Lawrence Hunter, PhD.
