I'm in the process of considering buying a SGI 310S, and have not been able to get any clear indications about adding third party peripherals. In particular we have a whole bunch of SMD disks lying around (3 GB worth) and a storage tech 1/2" tape drive, and we'd like to reuse them. Also ideally we'd like to add our own choice of disk controllers (in particular I have a fancy for the Ciprico rimfire series).
