[comp.sys.sgi] Shared memory error was Re: IOT trap

  I have seen that Cannot find slot in shared memory error as well. It happens
about once every 3 days and the only way to clear it is to logout from
the window manager and log back in. I am running 3.3.1 on a 220GTX.
