From: mark thompson <THOMPSON@USC-ECLC.ARPA> I am looking for an inexpensive, non-toy computer. "Non-toy" means 64K or more of memory, floppies, ability to run spreadsheet like Multiplan. Expandability is essential, open architecture (ie. well known bus) is a plus. 16-bit processor, or dual processors, would be a plus. Printer port & serial port necessary, connections for a terminal (rather than a monitor) would be a plus. 1- Can you recommend a system? 2- Do you have experience with: a. Sanyo, b. Morrow (Micro Decision), c. Franklin (or other apple clone). d. PCjr 3- Do you have a S-100 bus or apple-like computer for sale? Please reply only to THOMPSON@USC-ECL. Flames welcome. I will send copies of responses to anyone who asks. -mark -------
