This all started out as a good idea (to obtain information about writing/reading VME bus) but now it has snowballed into a big headache. It seems as though some people have taken my comments about the 3rd party software for the IT-150 boards ALL WRONG. That software in particular is Wyndham Hannaway's Image Processing system (WHIP). I never said (or meant to) that the software or his support was completely inadequate. On the contrary, I am greatly appreciative of Wyndham and his efforts to help us get our start in image proccessing; without him we would not be nearly as far as we currently are now. What I had said was that I have developed the need for greater (stranger) specialization than what his software currently does. In addition, I don't really see why he would want to specialize in the way that we are because ours is one in a million. So, before we all go running off and telling other people tales that aren't quite true, why don't we e-mail or even phone the person to find out what his true feelings and NOT jump to conclusions. (I just received a phone call from Wyndham telling me he heard I was "dogging" him on the network) At any rate, thanks again to all who responded to my question and I hope everyone who requested the compilation of information received it. If not, e-mail me again and I will send it to you again.
