[net.micro] vt100 info needed

I am trying to write a terminal emulator for a commodore b128 computer and
need some info on the vt100 or the vt52.  The kinds of info I need is,
what are the control characters and the escape characters I need be able
to emulate a video terminal in order to use a screen editor?  If you have
any idea where I might find such information, I would appreciate any help.
