As promised: It's a panic in 4.3BSD and post-4.3 networking kernel code. It means that when reading or receiving data from a UDP or other datagram-like (dgram, raw) socket, the code discovered that the next enqueued buffer did not begin with an address (all datagram buffers have their source addresses prepended).
